Keith Olberman on losing "Habeus Corpus"

As American media endlessly gnaws on the latest sex scandal and diverts our attention away from what's actually going on in Congress with regard to our Constitutional rights, Keith Olberman seems to be one of the few broadcasters who actually reads what the President is signing into law. If the death of Diana provoked a Constitutional crisis in England, it's a sad commentary that Americans don't realize what this Congress has just taken away from them. Namely: the very foundation of why we went to war against England in the first place. Watch this. Soberly. Then make sure everyone else you know watches it.

Bev, in the comments, said to add this. More historical context:

Who needs HC anyway? No Korea doesn't have it, Iran doesn't have it, Saudi Arabia doesn't have it, Stalin's USSR didn't have it, Nazi Germany didn't have it.

What's all the fuss about?
